Our Impact

yes to less

We all choose our own way to explore this amazing planet we live on. Some of us run. Some wander. And others all out race. But we all call here, home.

At HOKA, we know home needs protecting. That’s why we’re on a mission to team up and — in big and small ways — to reduce our impact. As we look forward — for more ways to do better, we’re saying Yes to Less.

Better for the People

Humans of HOKA

Humans of HOKA celebrates individuals and communities through authentic stories of resilience, inspiration, and the unifying joy of movement.

Monetary Donations

HOKA partners with non-profit organisations that expand access to movement, foster belonging, and protect the environment through trail preservation and conservation.

Non-profit Partners

We’re committed to respecting human rights and partnering with organisations that share our values. HOKA is proud to have long-standing relationships with nonprofits like Achilles International, which empowers athletes with disabilities to participate in running events, and HerProject, which helps create safer, more equitable workplaces for women in global supply chains.

Human Rights

We’re committed to respecting human rights, addressing violations in line with the International Labour Organization (ILO) and the United Nations International Bill of Human Rights, and monitoring product chemistry to meet both global regulations and our own voluntary standards.

Our Supply Chain Partners

At HOKA, we audit 100% of our Tier 1 factory partners, and engage the majority of our Tier 2 supplier partners either through audits, training opportunities, or environmental monitoring. This includes onsite visits, worker interviews, and detailed review of supplier records including overtime, wage and benefit information.

Moving forward together

Our journey toward doing better for people and the planet goes on — and we’re all in. To learn more, check out our Creating Change and Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability reports for the latest information on our goals, progress and impact of our efforts.
